If you wish to return a sale item using InPost and we will deduct £3.95 from the refundable total.

If you wish to return a sale item, please it send back using your InPost/Royal Mail label we provide and we will deduct £3.95 from the refundable total.
You must obtain Proof of Postage when sending parcels to us as the items are your responsibility until they are received by our warehouse.
We are unable to accept store purchases through our online returns process, store purchases must be returned to one of our stores.
Beyond Remade are unable to compensate over £50 for lost return parcels. We can only compensate to a maximum of £50 per lost order with the Inpost and Royal Mail services we provide. For returns valued over £50 it is your responsibility to insure against any losses. You can also use an insured service with any other courier at your own cost.
RETURNS INSTRUCTIONS
We want you to be 100% delighted with your purchase. You can let our Customer Care team know you want to return an item up to 14 days from the day your order is delivered. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.
If you don't make us aware of your return then you have 14 days to return your items to us.
Please note, all returned items must be unworn and have tags attached. Until we receive your return to our warehouse, the items and their condition are your responsibility.
We aim to process your return within 14 working days of your goods being delivered in our offices (excluding weekends and bank holidays) though this may rise slightly during busier times, Garage Sale, Christmas etc.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Please send any returns to the above address. The cost of returns for international orders is the responsibility of the customer. For returns outside the EU, you must complete a customs declaration indicating that the package contains returned goods.
RETURN PROCESSING
Once we have received your returned goods to our warehouse we will send you an Email once your refund has been processed.
Your refund will be credited back via the original method of payment. If you paid partly by Gift Card, the Gift Card will be credited first, with any remaining balance being credited to the other method of payment used.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If there is any problem with your order please contact our customer care team at: customercare@beyondretro.com
Please include your order number with any item you return. The item number should start with E000. It's also useful to include the date of purchase, your original receipt (if you have it) and a brief description of the damage or defect.
Once we receive your item and explanation, we will resolve the situation quickly.
EXCHANGING ITEMS
If you would like to exchange an item the best thing you can do is place a new order for the new item you want and then return the items you don't want for a full refund.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
In the interests of hygiene, make-up and toiletries, swimwear, intimate apparel and pierced earrings cannot be returned.
